CULTUREYES is an AI ventures studio operating out of Abu Dhabi. The UAE invents. The UAE leads. We design proprietary foundation models and applied AI products from first principles — not wrappers, not translations of other people's frameworks. The founder
CULTUREYES is founded and led by Mohamed Al Hajeri, an Emirati inventor working at the intersection of foundation-model research, applied AI, and sovereign technology for the UAE. Patent holder on identity-persistent AI operator architecture. Builder of Hajeri 3B (novel GatedFusion) and OpSoul.
What we mean by sovereign
Most AI you use was built somewhere else, for someone else, then translated for here. Sovereign AI means models trained on data we own, architectures we designed, products that hold our identity at the centre — not at the margins. It is not about closing ourselves off from the world. It is about being able to invent, then export. The UAE invents. The UAE leads. The world follows.
How we work
One founder. Lean studio. Vertical slices: every product ships end-to-end (model, API, UI, UX) together, never in horizontal layers. Arabic first when the product serves an Arabic-speaking audience. No fragments, no fallbacks, no half-features in production.
